At the university of Pittsburgh we had a debate motioned “Resolved The United States Federal government should adopt Rwanda’s quota system for women in politics” the iDebaters (that sounds cool right) were Bryan and Kassy, Bryan did exceptionally well, and Kassy was okay (by this point you can all probably tell that It’s Bryan writing this).
Anyway the debate was interesting especially because of Taylor’s great idea of tallying the audience’s primary position on the topic. I forgot what their primary position was.
Our overall experience in Pittsburgh was awesome, we got to debate three times, we went for cheesecakes , we went to a Mongolian restaurant , and we really did have an awesome time.
I think the best part of this tour (apart from the new food 😉 ) is the chance to meet so many new amazing people, I can’t list them all but we hope God blesses them all.
